Claire Johnston is the Trade Waste officer at Horowhenua District Council, new to the role and bringing a strong background in Education and Social Policy. With a BA in Education and Social Policy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Teaching, and a Master’s in Education. I take a people focused, systems-based approach to my work. I’m passionate about building strong relationships between council, industry and the community to support effective and sustainable trade waste management.
