Fiona Sutton is the Head of Operations and Process (Three Waters) for Hamilton City Council. Her role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the three waters networks and treatment plants with a particular focus on operation, monitoring, and reporting. Her key functional areas of responsibility include Compliance & Enforcement, Process & Operational Technology, Network Operations, Emergency response, and Shared Water Services.

Fiona is a qualified lawyer with over 20 years of experience in Government Compliance and Enforcement, having worked for IRD, City, District and Regional Councils in her career.
