Sarah Wilson

Sarah Wilson is the Water Services Manager at Co-Lab Solutions. Her role is to manage the delivery of water services to nine Councils across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions. Sarah is responsible for overseeing the Sampling & Analysis team, Trade Waste team, and Smart Water team, and ensuring they deliver against agreed service levels and KPIs, as well as maintaining relationships with key council stakeholders. 

Sarah is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience in financial management, process improvement, and people leadership in both Central and Local Government.
